Rempartec RPT A3S Authentication Server
Designed for ease of use, efficiency and robustness.

Modern enterprises have built flexible networks to serve the versatile needs of remote employees, vendors, partners, and customers. Traditional passwords are no longer sufficient to provide a satisfactory level of security for remote access, and so are executives challenged to balance the need to provide information to remote and mobile users with the security risks associated with unmanaged end points using untrusted networks.
Strong authentication provides more protection for sensitive information than a simple username and password can provide. Strong authentication offers assurance that transactions are conducted by two known and trusted parties. Strong authentication utilizing one-time-passcodes is a proven, reliably efficient technology.
RPT A3S - The Rempartec Athris Authentication Server
The Rempartec RPT A3S Authentication Server has been designed to meet exactly these challenges:
It is easy to deploy and use.
The Rempartec RPT A3S Authentication Server is available in two "delivery forms":
As a service run by Rempartec. This is the easiest way of starting with a Strong Authentication system-deployment. Using the RPT A3S server is as easy as querying a web-server. It is needless to point out that the communication is duly secured though up to date cryptographic techniques.
As an on-premise unit. This is usually the final stage in deploying a Strong Authentication system. Running and maintaining the RPT A3S server is as easy as running a web-server-type service.
It's lean, overhead-less design is trimmed for efficiency and robustness.
Designed from the scratch, the Rempartec RPT A3S Authentication Server is free from inefficiencies of organich growth of comparable systems, that have been adapted to many -partly diverging- customer needs over years. It has been designed for exactly one functionality: To satisfy the requirements of modern strong authentication systems in terms of running-efficiency as well as easy setup and manageability.
